# Ordal

Ordal is operational intelligence for ecommerce. It reads the data an operator's stack already produces, surfaces the small number of operational issues that actually matter this week, and accumulates the institutional knowledge of what was decided and what worked — so the same problem doesn't cost the business twice.

## One-line description

Operational intelligence that turns the noise from an ecommerce stack into a short list of decisions that matter — and remembers what worked.

## What it does

Most operators have more dashboards than decisions. Ordal inverts that. It connects to the systems an operator already uses, detects operational patterns that move margin and retention, explains them in dollars, and over time builds a memory of what the operator decided, what was tried, and what stuck.

The product is organized around Briefs. Each Brief is one specific operational issue — for example: discount leaking to loyal buyers, SKU concentration risk, growth becoming less profitable, new customers not repeating, promotion without payback — with the data behind it, the dollar impact, and a working surface to decide what to do.

## The Ordal Loop

- Detect — surface the issue from the operator's data
- Explain — say why it matters and what is driving it
- Resolve — decide what to do
- Measure — track whether the fix stuck over 30, 60, and 90 days
- Automate — when the same pattern recurs, the prior decision becomes the default

Detect and Explain are operational today. Resolve, Measure, and Automate are on the near-term roadmap.
